If they're not meant to be different races, i suggest you bring their skin tones a little closer together. As it looks now I would say the bottom guy is a mixed black/mexican and the top guy looks almost albino. (If that's the idea, that's cool, just wanted to let you know.)
I like their facial structures a lot, they're very different. In the profile of the top guy, try and even out the distances his forehead sticks out vs. his chin and nose. His got a little bit of a "snout" thing going on right now. Other than that the colors look good, I really like the facial hair on the bottom guy. I appreciate that they are both fairly masculine looking, over-all nice job!
They are supposed to be different races, but now that I look at it, I would like Lars to be a little darker, he's not supposed to be sheet white. Lars is supposed to have a pronounced nose, but I'll keep his proportions in mind. I was thinking it looked weird, but I couldn't quite place what was bothering me. Thanks Linz, this helps a lot :D
